Call Center Agent - Tech Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Technical Account to assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, professional, and timely support. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity issues
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical problems
- Accurately document interactions, solutions, and escalations
- Escalate complex technical concerns to specialized teams
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Hands-on experience in technical customer support within the BPO industry
- Opportunities to develop problem-solving, communication, and technical skills
- Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative work environment
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-driven mindset
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Open to shifting schedules
