Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to produce engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communications. The ideal candidate has strong skills in video production, graphic design, and motion graphics, with the ability to create high-quality multimedia assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities
Produce short-form videos, reels, testimonials, and explainer videos for advertising campaigns and social media platforms.
Plan, shoot, and edit videos , including event coverage and promotional activities.
Design static advertising creatives, social media posts, blog visuals, and other marketing campaign materials.
Create motion graphics, simple animations, and engaging visual content for digital platforms.
Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain the brand template library using tools such as Canva or Figma.
Design presentations, email templates, sales materials, and other business collateral.
Organize, maintain, and update the company's video, and brand asset library.
Develop new creative variations based on performance insights and feedback from the Performance Marketing Specialist.
Publish and schedule visual content in coordination with the Content Specialist's content calendar.
Coordinate with printers, freelancers, and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of creative materials.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Performance, and Sales teams to support branding and campaign objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience in multimedia production, graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation is an advantage.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
Experience in video shooting, photography, motion graphics, and social media content production.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and branding.
Ability to create engaging content for digital advertising and social media platforms.
Strong creative, organizational, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to accept feedback, revise creative materials, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing previous design, video, and multimedia projects is an advantage.
