Multimedia Artist (Videography and Content Creation)

Job Summary
The Multimedia Artist is a creative, trend-aware content creator who specializes in videography and video-led storytelling for lifestyle brands, particularly shoes, bags, and fashion products. The role produces scroll-stopping content for social media, marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and advertising while keeping every output consistent with the company's visual identity.Key Responsibilities
Video and Content Production
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content tailored to each platform
Plan and execute product shoots, campaign shoots, and lifestyle content, including lighting, framing, and styling
Produce photo and video content for social media, advertisements, and e-commerce listings
Create motion graphics, transitions, and animated assets to enhance video content
Creative Development
Develop content ideas, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with campaign goals
Design graphics, banners, posters, and online ads to support video and campaign content
Apply creative direction and styling to showcase shoes, bags, and accessories at their best
Trends and Brand Alignment
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, fashion trends, and emerging content formats, and translate them into fresh, relevant content
Ensure all materials reflect the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience
Collaboration and Operations
Work with the marketing, operations, and creative teams to deliver campaigns on schedule
Organize and maintain an archive of multimedia files and creative assets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Film, or a related field
Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of video and content work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and mobile editing tools such as CapCut
Hands-on skills in videography, photography, lighting, and basic studio setup
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and branding
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, shoes, or bags is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Motion graphics and animation
Creative direction and styling for lifestyle products
Social media content creation, including trend-based and short-form formats
Basic knowledge of content analytics to understand what performs well
