About us
We’re a marketing agency managing Amazon stores for multiple brands across different categories. We’re looking for an experienced PPC specialist to work directly with our PPC lead on strategy and execution across our client accounts.
About the role
You’ll be expected to think strategically and challenge ideas, but most of your time will be spent inside the accounts building and optimizing campaigns. If you enjoy being deep in the data and want your strategic input to matter this role is for you.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience across SP, SB, and SD, including video and Sponsored Display audiences
- Experience managing accounts across multiple categories and at various stages (launch, scaling, profitability mode)
- Deep understanding of campaign architecture, including targeting isolation, match type strategy, placement modifiers, and how campaigns cannibalize each other
- Strong grasp of the business side of PPC: break-even ACoS, TACoS, contribution margin, and how ad spend affects organic rank
- Experience using SQP / Brand Analytics data to drive keyword and targeting decisions
- Highly proficient with bulk files and Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, building your own analysis)
- Able to look at an account and quickly identify what’s broken and what to fix first
- Self-directed: you spot problems and opportunities without being told where to look
- Clear written English and the ability to defend your recommendations with data
Nice to have
- Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience
- Familiarity with Sellerboard, DataDive, Scale Insights
- Experience using Claude or other AI tools in your workflow
