Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

- Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics processes.
- Coordinate and schedule staff shifts to meet workload demands, while maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity.
- Implement best practices in warehouse and logistics operations to enhance efficiency and quality control.
- Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Manage route planning and delivery schedules to optimize transportation costs and service levels.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 2 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse and logistics supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in logistics management, warehouse operations, and personnel handling
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel for scheduling and reporting
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Effective staff coaching and team development to enhance overall performance
