NICU Nurse

We're looking for an experienced NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Nurse to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to premature and critically ill newborns and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for neonatal patients.

2. Monitoring and managing vital signs, administering medications, and providing life support as needed.

3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

4. Educating and supporting families throughout their infant's hospitalization and transition to home.

5. Ensuring that all aspects of patient care are in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

6. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and research activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.

7. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care, treatments, and progress.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Passport Holder
• A valid and current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• A commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
