Material Master Data Specialist (E2E Coordination)

What you´ll do

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of activities in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Act as key point of contact for stakeholders, handling inquiries, performing root cause analysis, and providing solutions
• Maintain and update local material master data in SAP (e.g., purchasing, MRP, sales, storage, warehouse, QM views) based on business requests
• Manage material lifecycle activities including creation, deletion, reactivation, and mass data uploads/downloads
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required information for material master data maintenance and monitor workflows
• Generate reports and support master data clean-up activities while ensuring process documentation is kept up to date
• Collaborate with Team Leads/Managers on continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to GBS+ quality goals

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related courses
• Preferably with one (1) year of related work experience in Material Master Data Management from a shared service industry
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Experience in technical reporting and analysis using Microsoft and Power BI is a must; Experience using VBA Macros, SAP Scripting is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details
• Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
