GECO Philippines is Hiring: Integration Engineer ( BizTalk) About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Engineer (BizTalk ) to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex system environments , enjoys solving challenging technical problems, and takes full ownership of integration development and support across mission-critical systems.
What You’ll Do
Integration Development & Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft BizTalk integrations and interfaces
- Build and manage orchestrations, pipelines, schemas (XSD), and maps (BTM)
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable message flows across systems
- Apply best practices for integration security and performance
Troubleshooting & Support
- Perform deep root cause analysis on complex system issues
- Take ownership of incident resolution and enhancement requests
- Monitor integration performance and ensure system stability
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes and improvements
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into effective integration solutions
- Ensure proper testing, validation, and deployment of integrations
- Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation
What You Bring
✅ Core Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2016/2020)
- Solid background in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and/or application support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Technical Skills
- XML technologies: XML, XSLT, XPath
- Web services: SOAP, REST, WCF
- Integration adapters: WCF-SQL, FILE, SOAP
- SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, data transformation)
- C# (.NET) for custom development
- Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, Git
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments
