Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea and related beverages, ensuring product quality meets our standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Proactively learn new product preparation methods and related skills to continuously improve.
• Assist the store manager with daily operational tasks as needed.
• With a high school diploma or higher education.
• Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to communicate with international customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing customer relationships.
• Self-motivated learner, willing to acquire new knowledge and skills through training.
• Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a team player.
• No bad habits, adhering to professional ethics and store policies.
