Position: IT Project Manager

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in structured project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance? Do you have hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT systems and platforms? Job Requirements & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure) with structured methodologies
• Strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and reporting frameworks
• Experience handling enterprise systems and platforms  such as:
  • ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar)
  • HRIS solutions
  • Networking technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Cato Networks, pfSense)
• Demonstrated experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage project scope, risks, budgets, and timelines effectively

Good to Have:

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)
• Experience in enterprise IT environments with complex system integrations
• Exposure to IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end project management using structured delivery frameworks
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Governance & Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain project governance structures and reporting cadence
• Manage communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and executive-level summaries

Risk, Issue & Change Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost through formal processes
• Ensure proper escalation and resolution of issues

Technical & Systems Oversight:

• Oversee projects involving enterprise platforms (ERP, HRIS, networking systems)
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business and system requirements

Process & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to IT standards, governance, and best practices
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
• Support testing, deployment, and transition-to-support activities

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on accountability and delivery excellence
• Drive collaboration across business and technical stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes
