Payroll & Benefits Officer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Officer to manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation, compliance with statutory requirements, and proper handling of employee compensation and benefits. Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time for employees Handle manual payroll processing and payroll-related computations Administer employee benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated contributions Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements Maintain payroll records, employee files, and confidential information Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll and benefits concerns Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and related documentation Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits Support audit and compliance requirements as needed Perform other related duties assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field 4–6 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration Strong experience in manual payroll processing is required Experience handling multi-company payroll is highly preferred Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits and statutory compliance Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Can start ASAP
