Branch Head (Sales) Location: NCR Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Head to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, customer service, and overall profitability of our branch. The successful candidate will lead and develop branch staff, ensure operational excellence, achieve business targets, and maintain strong customer relationships while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in branch operations, retail, banking, finance, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management systems.
