We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to support product data governance, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, product lifecycle administration, and commercialization activities.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate product data across ERP and PLM systems, supporting engineering changes, managing product and packaging BOMs, and ensuring data quality throughout the product lifecycle.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Managing and validating product data throughout the product lifecycle

• Ensuring product data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP and PLM systems
• Creating and maintaining product SKUs, UPC/GTIN, and EAN codes
• Managing item creation and BOM assignments within Oracle EBS and PLM systems
• Creating and maintaining Color Variant Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Supporting Packaging BOM creation and maintenance
• Executing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and supporting engineering transitions
• Maintaining product master data, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships
• Performing bulk uploads, downloads, and data validation activities
• Updating Planning Details, Sourcing Rules, Approved Supplier Lists, and organization assignments within Oracle EBS
• Supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migration and commercialization initiatives
• Managing supplier quote creation and revisions
• Creating sample requests for Product, Packaging, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Monitoring and resolving data quality issues while ensuring compliance with business rules and standards

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in:
• Product Data Management
• Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Strong understanding of:
• BOM structures
• Product lifecycle processes
• Product master data management
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience managing large datasets with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Flexible Requirements

• Experience supporting Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migration projects
• Experience supporting commercialization or product launch initiatives
• Experience with supplier management and sourcing data
• Experience working within consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Knowledge of Country of Origin Diversification (COOD) initiatives
• Exposure to packaging development and packaging BOM management
