Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced RTR Specialist to support end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, including closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 3 years of RTR or General Ledger experience
- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or related industries
- Familiarity with ERP systems and month-end close processes
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain general ledger accuracy
- Prepare financial reports and analyses
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Support audit and reporting requirements
