SAP HCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant to support SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives, with a focus on Payroll and Time Management/Timekeeping . The role involves technical development, system integration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure efficient and reliable HR processes.
Qualifications
3–8+ years of SAP HCM technical experience
Strong experience in SAP HCM and ABAP Development
Experience with SAP HCM Integrations
Hands-on experience supporting Payroll and Time Management/Timekeeping modules
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical support skills
Experience in enhancements, custom developments, and reporting solutions
Ability to work closely with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM integrations
- Support Payroll and Time Management/Timekeeping processes
- Implement enhancements and custom developments within SAP HCM
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system defects
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Perform testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with system standards, security requirements, and best practices
