Position: Billing Support Specialist Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Carmona, Cavite Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Salary: Php 17,000 - Php 20,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Any Related Course
- At least 1-2 years of experience in billing operations
- Experience in billing operations and Order-to-Cash(O2C) processes
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, reporting)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supporting accurate and timely billing.
- Ensuring the complete and reliable collection, validation, and encoding of meter readings.
- Coordinates closely with Collectors, Service Engineers, and customers.
- Required to cost center reports and monthly completion reports.
- Provides operational support to ensure smooth and efficient o2c processes.
