Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Coordinator in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock control procedures
- Prepare and process documentation related to warehouse activities
- Liaise with transport providers and customers to coordinate efficient delivery of goods
- Support the implementation of warehouse processes and procedures to optimise efficiency
- Contribute to the development of warehouse policies and practices
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse operatives as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehousing or logistics environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure
