Accounts Receivable Specialist

Skills and Qualifications
· At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or accounting operations.
· Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or any related course.
· Proficient in Excel and familiar with other Microsoft Office tools and software.
· Knowledgeable in revenue and accounts receivable processes and related tax treatments.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Perform daily reconciliation of club sales reports and end-of-day reports.
· Do cash coding in Xero every Thursday for weekly reconciliation of cash, card, check, and over-the-counter collections.
· Prepare sales and collection summaries.
· Prepare AR monitoring reports for management.
· Monitor daily submission of club requirements and update compliance reports.
· Conduct quarterly club audits.
· Attend weekly meetings with team leaders.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
