The EXCLUSIVE distributor of FOTON trucks, Chery Auto, Radar Evs, and BAIC here in the Philippines needs an Executive Driver !
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely transport the executive passenger to meetings, appointments, and other destinations in a timely manner.
- Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and handling documents or personal items when required.
- Ensure strict confidentiality regarding executive's schedules, conversations, and company information.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide professional, courteous, and reliable service at all times.
- Perform other transportation and administrative support duties as assigned.
- Protect the safety and well-being of the executive passenger at all times by practicing defensive driving and maintaining awareness of road and security conditions.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a company driver, executive driver, or personal driver.
- Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling executives and sensitive information.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile applications such as Google Maps and Waze.
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Workdays: Monday - Saturday
- Location: Annex Office is 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines
