Position: Project Manager
Work Location: Taguig, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead full-cycle software development projects from initiation to delivery within scheduled timeline and budget.
2.Serve as primary customer contact point and handle client demands, feedback throughout project lifecycle.
3.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and capture client requirements.
4.Control project scope, schedule and budget, make reasonable adjustments while complying with internal policies to meet client demands.
5.Deliver regular project status, risk reports and mitigation plans to internal teams and external clients to maintain transparent communication.
Requirements：
1. Proven project management capability for complex multi-stakeholder cross-departmental projects.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
3. Strong organization, coordination and follow-up capabilities.
4. Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies.
5. Outstanding organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing work and meeting tight deadlines.
6. Strong leadership and project problem-solving skills.
7. Able to work under pressure, handle shifting priorities and multiple tasks within tight timelines.
8. Minimum 3 years of software project delivery management experience.
9. PMP or ACP certification is preferred.
10. Prior delivery experience in telecom software projects is a plus.
