Payroll Specialist

Description - Manage payroll processing for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding payroll.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information and tax details.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and assist with audits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
