Accounting Specialist

- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance accounting processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounting roles, specifically in accounts payable.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, occasional overtime during audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, effective communicator, and team player.
