Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:

Take the next step in your career as a warm, confident Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist, helping expand our referral network for pediatric ABA and occupational therapy services. You’ll contact pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our services, build long-lasting relationships, and book meetings and tours with interested partners. This role is a strong match if you have a natural, personable phone manner, strong written English, and the organizational skills to keep a calendar and outreach tracker in good shape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our therapy services and develop referral relationships

• Send a follow-up email after each call using the provided templates

• Book meetings and tours straight onto the team calendar when contacts are interested

• Stick to a structured follow-up schedule to nurture leads over time

• Record every call, outcome, and next step accurately in the shared outreach tracker

• Keep the partner and contact database updated, including organization details and call history

• Schedule and confirm partner meetings and tours, and send reminders

• Draft routine correspondence such as thank-you notes and introductory emails from templates

• Pull together a weekly outreach summary of calls made, meetings booked, and follow-ups due

• Sort through the outreach inbox and flag anything that needs a direct reply from leadership

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or phone-based outreach

• A clear, confident, and warm phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Experience managing calendars and booking appointments

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace

• Well-organized, consistent, and comfortable owning your work

• Strong communication skills and a professional, personable approach

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Dialpad or similar cloud-based calling platforms

• Background in partnership development, referral outreach, or relationship-based sales

• Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare, therapy, or education organizations

• Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach tracking systems

• Comfortable managing several follow-ups and priorities in parallel

• A genuine interest in supporting families and children’s services
