Tax Specialist
Millennium Specialty Coco Products, Inc.
We’re looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Panabo-based team and ensure accurate filings, regulatory compliance, and strategic tax support across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.) in compliance with BIR regulations
· Monitor tax calendars and ensure timely submission of reports and payments
· Analyze tax implications of business transactions and ensure proper documentation
· Liaise with external auditors and government agencies for tax-related matters
· Support internal teams on tax-related inquiries and provide guidance on compliance
· Assist in tax planning, risk mitigation, and process improvements
Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage
· Proven experience in tax compliance and reporting, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment
· Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, BIR processes, and regulatory updates
· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
· Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
