Requirements - Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. And willing to do field work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
- Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as required by management.
