The Sales Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to provide insights and recommendations that will help drive sales performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Maintain data integrity and manage data sets for reporting purposes.

Sales Forecasting:

Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between forecasted and actual sales performance.

Performance Measurement:

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
Monitor sales team performance and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and achieve sales targets.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Environment:

This role typically operates in an office environment or Brick and Mortar.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or any 4-year Business Course
Proven experience as a Sales or Reports Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the industry relevant to the company
Familiarity with CRM software, Tableau, Power BI etc.
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
