We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong background in motion graphics and experience in designing immersive and interactive content. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visual communications , advanced UI/UX design , and a solid grasp of front-end programming and no-code development platforms . Experience in augmented reality (AR), immersive content creation, and exhibition multimedia production is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype intuitive user interface with a strong focus on user experience and motion design .
Develop engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance digital experiences.
Work with no-code development platforms to build functional prototypes and interactive experiences.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.).
Create immersive and AR-based experiences for interactive content and exhibitions.
Design and produce multimedia content for exhibitions, digital platforms, and interactive installations .
Conduct user research and testing to refine UI/UX designs and improve usability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, content strategists, and creative leads.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Visual Communications, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field .
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on motion graphics and animation .
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) and motion design software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar).
Strong understanding of front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to work with developers.
Experience with no-code platforms (Webflow, Bubble, Framer, etc.).
Background in AR, immersive content development , or interactive media is a plus.
Experience in exhibition multimedia content production is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, motion design work, and interactive experiences .
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

Illustration skills and the ability to create custom artwork.
Familiarity with 3D design tools (Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine).
Experience working in museum, gallery, or interactive exhibition design.
