About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Amazon Marketplace Optimization Manager with deep Amazon expertise, strong competitive instincts, and an exceptional eye for what drives clicks and conversions.

This role is focused on competitive intelligence, listing and creative optimization, marketplace experimentation, and identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share. You will study competitors, spot meaningful changes, develop optimization ideas, test them, and measure the results.

This is a Full-Time remote position.

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Marketplace Optimization Manager specifically with these requirements:

5+ years of hands-on Amazon Marketplace experience.
Strong experience working with high-revenue Amazon accounts and large product catalogs.
Deep understanding of Amazon listing optimization and conversion drivers.
Strong visual judgment for main images, secondary images, A+ Content, and product positioning.
Proven ability to analyze competitors and identify meaningful changes in listings, offers, pricing, packs, bundles, and positioning.
Strong understanding of Amazon CTR, conversion rate, organic ranking, keyword performance, and market-share dynamics.
Experience developing and running listing or creative A/B tests.
Ability to form hypotheses, test changes, and measure their performance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to connect marketplace changes with performance trends.
Deep knowledge of Amazon Marketplace practices and competitor tactics.
Experience with Amazon research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Brand Analytics, or similar.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience operating your own Amazon business.
Experience consulting for or managing multiple sophisticated Amazon brands.
Experience building competitor-tracking dashboards, software, or automated monitoring systems.
Experience identifying suspicious, aggressive, or non-compliant competitor tactics.
Advanced Excel or data-analysis skills.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Monitoring competitors across priority Amazon categories, keywords, and products.
Tracking changes to competitor images, listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, pack sizes, and positioning.
Identifying why competitors may be gaining or losing market share.
Evaluating competitor creative and identifying opportunities to improve CGK Linens’ own listings.
Developing recommendations for main images, secondary images, positioning, offers, and listing improvements.
Running and monitoring listing and creative experiments.
Measuring the impact of changes on CTR, conversion rate, sales, ranking, and market share.
Investigating unexpected changes in performance and identifying potential competitive causes.
Identifying opportunities for new bundles, variations, pack sizes, or positioning strategies.
Developing systems and processes to make competitor tracking more consistent and scalable.
Working with internal Amazon and creative teams to implement optimization ideas.
Providing leadership with clear, actionable recommendations based on marketplace observations and data.
