Conduct retail activities of businesses operating exclusively online. May perform duties such as preparing business strategies, buying merchandise, managing inventory, implementing marketing activities, fulfilling and shipping online orders, and balancing financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that items are in usable condition for events by running an efficient inspection and maintenance system;
  • Ensure all site safety regulations and procedures are being maintained at all time;
  • Responsible for efficient planning of schedule, manpower and vehicles;
  • Ensure smooth ingress and egress by closely coordinating with other departments and our customers;
  • Timely resolution of customer complaints or non-compliance, and corrective actions so that it doesn’t recur;
  • Timely completion of operational reports;
  • Safety Ensure a safe working environment for all staff involved at all times;
  • Ensure that the items are delivered and pulled out in good condition with minimal or no losses/damages;
  • Responsible for training and development of the team;
  • Other duties necessary for smooth projects implementation;
  • Attend plant safety audits;
  • Ensure all site safety regulations and procedures applied and complied with at all time;
  • Analyze, improve and review operational policies and procedures for long term stability;
  • Overall in charge of operations team;
  • Responsible for on-time delivery, complete delivery/pullout and quality set up.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills;
  • Budgeting;
  • Has working knowledge on CRM systems and DOS-based applications;
  • Knowledge in diesel power plant operation and maintenance;
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays and follow mall hours schedule;
  • Proven supervisory experience (at least 3 years);
  • Well-versed in data management applications like MS Excel;
  • Hands-on experience implementing operational processes;
  • Must have at least 5 years of related work experience to the position;
  • Interpersonal skills;

  • Preferably Manager specialized in Operations or equivalent;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
