Our company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full lifecycle of the product in the sense of designing, developing, testing and manufacturing;
• Developing new theories or methods;
• Evaluating of final product’s overall performance and reliability;
• Product reporting;
• Designing systems and components as needed per requirements;
• Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components;
• Manage daily machining process;
• Review client structure drawings;
• Check and approve layout and structure drawing;
• Manage Jigs change and set up;
• Ensuring that at all times the companies Health and Safety (Zero Harm) culture is adhered to;
• Check and approve equipment design drawings and documentation;
• Perform stress analysis on ducting and high pressure piping;
• Project Management and leadership skills;
• Technical setting on CNC machine.

Requirements:

• BEng Mechanical Engineering (Essential/Minimum or);
• Experience in mechanical vibration;
• Team working skills;
• Plastics design experience, knowledge and application of various processes (injection moulding, over-moulding, etc) and materials;
• Work knowledge of solid works, Pro/Engineering or other similar computer aided drafting tools;
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer;
• Willing to work in Makati or Ortigas;
• With experience in testing and commissioning of pre-action and deluge system;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive 4 – years courses;
• Good appreciation of project and cost management;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organised with keen eye for detail;
• Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in Water Treatment industry specific;
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering;
• Strong skills with the use of Autocad;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
