Intermediate .net Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Intermediate .net Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements analysis;
- Test and deploy applications and systems;
- Improve existing software;
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support;
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture;
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC); and;
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages;
- Revise, update, re-factor and debug code;
- Work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Development;
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC); and;
- Relevant Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
- Understanding of Agile methodologies;
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3;
- Matric Certificate with Math (Math Literacy is not sufficient); and;
- Three (3) to Five (5) working experience as a software developer;
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns;
- 3- 5 years’ working experience as a Software Developer;
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC));
- Experienced in Web or Mobile Development;
- Previous Cloud Hosting experience in Azure, Heroku, Amazon EC2, Rackspace etc;
- Skilled in the following technologies: C# / ASP.NET MVC / JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS / Bootstrap / Web API/ Web Services / Razor / JSON;
- 4+ years experience in .Net Development.
