Our company is looking for a Underwriting Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepping pre-renewal loss ratios personal & commercial lines;
- Retrieving of files from filing system;
- Acting as a support function to the Short Term Underwriting Team;
- Compiling of files;
- Prepping renewal terms personal & commercial lines;
- Filing of files into filing system;
- Typing up of documents;
- Scanning of Short Term Division Files;
- Making copies of documents;
- Any further clerical/administrative duties that might be assigned;
- Preparation of renewal letters;
- Scanning and electronic saving of various documents.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate on MS Office Programs, particularly Excel;
- Must live in Port Elizabeth;
- 3 year Diploma/Degree Advantageous;
- Experience in a corporate company Advantageous;
- Matric Certificate;
- Must be able to read, write and understand Afrikaans.
