REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
- Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
- Open to no related experience.
- Having customer service experience is an advantage.
- Having BPO experience is a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls regarding transportation, logistics, and delivery-related concerns.
- Provide assistance with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery statuses, and other shipping-related issues.
- Manage customer requests for refunds, returns, and order concerns while following company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with placing orders, making changes, cancellations, and receiving delivery updates to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and logistics departments to address customer concerns and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
