Jr. Ad Operations Specialist

The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible of monitoring and performance tracking of paid digital ads and campaigns and translating them into regular performance reports that will serve as guidance for internal and external stakeholders towards a successful paid campaign. An extreme familiarity to all digital channels along with being detail-oriented and analytical are a must to ensure timely and excellent delivery of reports.

Your core responsibilities include the following:

PERFORMANCE REPORTS

• Regular extraction of necessary data along with data assessment and reporting
  
• Draw actionable insights from data to optimize ongoing campaigns
  
• Assessment and analysis of platform and content performance, as well as the competitive landscape
  
• Develop a strong understanding of media objectives and metrics
  
• Ensure correctness of data at all times
  

MEDIA BUYING

• Ensure proper set up of paid campaigns based on the media plan 
  
• Daily tracking of performance to ensure successful results
  
• Oversee day-to-day operations of paid campaigns
  
• Proactive communication with Media Strategists on assigned campaigns
  

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS 

• Clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed
  

Requirements

• Open to work onsite if needed, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
