Sales Representative - North Luzon Area

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in pet supplies, consumer goods, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Can drive and with valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's range of pet food, accessories, grooming products, treats, toys, and other pet supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to present products, discuss promotions, and address customer needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer inventory levels and recommend appropriate product replenishment.
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and process customer orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Recommend promotional activities and merchandising opportunities to increase product visibility.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Participate in trade shows, product launches, and marketing events as required.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies.
