REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Open to fresh graduates and 1- to 2-year experienced of any professional job.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Law, Business,
- Having experience in vendor risk management, including onboarding, screening, assessment, monitoring, and compliance reviews.
- Knowledge of risk research tools and the ability to assess UBO, PEPs, sanctions, watchlists, corporate structures, and financial risks.
- Familiarity with Environmental Risk, Social Risk, and Governance Risk, modern slavery, human rights, and reputational risks, with strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with due diligence platforms is preferred. CAMS, CFE, or similar certifications are an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Perform background checks and reputational risk assessments on individuals and companies to identify potential red flags.
- Conduct desktop research using public records, databases, company registries, and adverse media to identify risks such as sanctions, litigation, and financial concerns.
- Review ownership structures, beneficial ownership, political exposure, company relationships, and other risk indicators.
- Analyze business registrations, financial statements, certifications, and other documents, then prepare clear risk assessment reports and recommendations.
- Escalate red flags and recommend appropriate risk mitigation or acceptance strategies based on company policies.
- Evaluate modern slavery, forced labor, human rights, and environmental risk, social risk, and governance risk while staying updated on TPRM regulations and industry best practices.
