We are seeking skilled and service-oriented professionals to support our Automotive account. The successful candidate will handle customer interactions with professionalism, accuracy, and a strong commitment to quality service.
Qualifications:
• At least a High School Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (BPO or non-BPO)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
