Description - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in marketing strategies.
Requirements
• At least Senior High School graduate
• Experience in telemarketing or sales preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strong understanding of borrower/lender dynamics
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Positive attitude and persistence
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
