Native Japanese Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and functional activities, including document verification and data recording.
• Handle cash and bank-related transactions, if assigned.
• Oversee administration and logistics of document delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and implement process updates or rollouts.
• Monitor application quality through error checks and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by enhancing procedures and increasing productivity.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizational compliance standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, support professional development, and conduct regular trainings.
• Assist in handling escalations and liaise with support functions for team-related queries.
• Monitor team productivity, security, and efficient use of resources.
• Support succession planning and create a skilled backup for the role.
• Uphold corporate ethics, integrity, and compliance with all policies.
