About the Role

As a Program Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the team, partnering with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support day-to-day program execution. From inventory tracking and reporting to identifying trends and providing administrative support, you'll help ensure our programs run efficiently and deliver value to our clients.

You'll have the opportunity to work with data, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute directly to client success.

What You'll Do

• Pull, analyze, and interpret sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Monitor and maintain inventory trackers for co-brand, import, and event merchandise.

• Own and manage backlog aging reports to ensure visibility and accountability.

• Provide administrative and operational support across assigned programs.

• Coordinate reporting requirements with the Data Management team and other internal stakeholders.

• Monitor channel performance, including top-selling products, promotional activity, and inventory levels.

• Support channel selling initiatives and program-related projects as assigned.

• Assist with additional reporting, operational, and client support activities as needed.

What You'll Bring

Required

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

Preferred

• Advanced Excel skills, including slicers and deeper data analysis capabilities.

• Knowledge of web-based or retail programs.

• Experience in sales, account management, client service, or customer-facing roles.

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.

• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• College degree preferred but not required.
