Senior Technical Manager - High-End Building Construction

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead technical management of high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Lead construction planning and technical proposal preparation during tender stage.
- Optimize structural, MEP, and finishing solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
- Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve complex construction issues.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, and international consultants.
- Introduce and implement new technologies and construction methods.
- Ensure compliance with international and local standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with involvement in high-end projects (e.g., 5-star hotels, mixed-use developments).
- Strong knowledge of structural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Experience in tendering and construction planning.
