We are mass hiring Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives across our Metro Manila sites! ✨ Looking for a ONE DAY HIRING PROCESS? We got you! Also, we are open for applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
- 25,000 Signing Bonus + 13th and 14th Month Pay
- Salary Offer: Up to 28,000 (can go higher based on experience)
- HMO on Day 1 (with up to 3 dependents)
- Paid Training + 30 Paid Leaves + Allowances + Performance Bonus
- Weekends Off + Holiday and Overtime Pay
- 20% Night Differential (Night/Graveyard Shifts)
