Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant provides administrative, marketing, and coordination support to the Product Management Group. The role assists in the planning and execution of marketing programs, product launches, market research activities, and promotional campaigns. The Marketing Assistant also helps maintain product information, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support the achievement of business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing activities and product promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product management initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain product databases, pricing information, sales reports, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and other departments regarding product-related concerns and requirements.
• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and consolidate sales performance and marketing activity reports.
• Support product launches, trade events, product demonstrations, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain organized records of product specifications, marketing documents, and contracts.
• Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to the Product Management Team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in marketing, product management, sales support, or administrative functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
