We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team for an International Account. In this role, you will assist customers from different countries by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly while ensuring a positive experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and standard procedures to maintain consistency and service quality.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or higher (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools
- No experience required (training will be provided)
