QA/QC ENGINEER (Industrial Engineer) Salary: PHP 20,000 – PHP 23,000 per month Job Summary The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet company standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve product quality concerns.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by Management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within an
