Online Business Manager / COO

On behalf of our client—a rapidly growing, faith-informed outpatient mental health clinic—We are actively looking for a mission-driven Online Business Manager (OBM) / Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their leadership team! Position Structure: This role begins as a Part-Time engagement with a direct, planned transition into a Full-Time executive position as operations scale. What You’ll Do:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily virtual and in-person clinic operations for peak efficiency and full HIPAA compliance.
• Strategic Growth: Partner with the CEO to scale operations, expand into future states, and manage financial sustainability.
• Team & Culture: Cultivate a collaborative, high-accountability environment for clinical and administrative teams.
• Systems Optimization: Streamline workflows, tech utilization, and vendor relations to elevate the client experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience (mental or behavioral health background is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of clinical compliance, telehealth operations, and budget management.
• A proven track record of guiding teams through organizational growth and change.
