Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes and identifying areas where improvements can create significant value. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position supports organizational transformation by developing strategic business cases and overseeing the implementation of critical initiatives that align with overall business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and development lifecycle. - Experience in designing and implementing custom SAP solutions to meet business requirements. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP environments. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Proficient in debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP ABAP code for performance and reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
