We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability.
- Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high performance.
- Analyze business performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in business management or leadership roles.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems.
- Proficient in MS Office and business management software.
