Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries regarding travel itineraries.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences.
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and restrictions that may affect travel plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5-8 years of experience in travel planning and customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in travel booking software and GDS systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and highly organized with a passion for travel.
- Working Conditions: May require occasional weekend and evening hours based on client needs.
