Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or travel coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
